Where we are

We operate from Bangalore, India, and our clients are in the United States. We lead with that rather than burying it, because you are entitled to know who you are paying before you pay them.

In practice it means we overlap with US business hours in your morning and our evening, we invoice in US dollars, and the agent we build for you runs on your infrastructure in your region, not ours.

What that means for your data

Your enquiry is processed in India. Your callers' data does not have to be: the voice platform, phone number and automation accounts are created in your name and can sit in a US region. We will sign a data processing agreement if you want one. The detail is in our privacy policy.

Why this and not a template tool

A $49 a month tool hands you a dashboard and a script and leaves the work to you. The work is the difficult part: knowing which questions decide whether a job is worth taking, what to do with the caller who is angry, and when to stop talking and fetch a human. That is learned on a call with you, not configured in a form.

What we are not

We are a small operation, not an agency with a floor of account managers. There is no logo wall on this site because we are not going to invent one, and no testimonials because we would have to make them up. What we offer instead is that you hear the agent working on your own business before you pay anything, which is a harder promise than a quote from a stranger.

We also do not promise a number of bookings. The statistics on this site are cited third-party research about the market, not a forecast of your results.
